Not every Community Portal needs every feature. With this release, a Portal's licences decide what it offers, and everything it is not licensed for disappears cleanly.
Licences
- Each Portal holds a set of licences. Content types, layout blocks and actions such as booking or redeeming are available only when the Portal holds their licence.
- Content a Portal is no longer licensed for answers with "not found" and leaves no entries in the site search.
- Portal editors can see in the admin dashboard which licences their Portal currently holds.
Membership enquiries
- A membership enquiry is now its own workflow under its own licence, separate from booking requests, with its own emails and receipt.
- Visitors can send a membership enquiry from anywhere, not only from a travel or benefit page.
Emails
- A reply to any workflow email reaches the desk that handles that workflow.
Reliability and security
- Both wizards are protected against automated requests, without asking visitors to solve puzzles.
- A wizard no longer hangs when one of its steps fails, and saving works reliably again.
- A Portal's favicon can be changed in the admin, without a new deployment.
- A travel's off-season name now also shows on its card and in the browser title.
- Text inside grids and columns renders in the right place.
