Organisation profile

Change your organisation's name, address and logo, or leave an organisation.

Studio roles: changing the name, address and logo needs "Owner". Every Studio user except the primary owner can leave the organisation.

The organisation's name appears throughout the Studio and on the sign-in screens of all its frontends, unless the sign-in branding shows a logo instead.

Change the name and address

  1. Open "Settings" in the sidebar.
  2. Under "Organisation Name", change the name, for example to "Pannoniqa AG".
  3. Optionally, enter a new "Organisation URL", the address of the organisation in the Studio, for example pannoniqa. Only English letters (a–z), numbers (0–9) and hyphens (-) are allowed. Leave it empty to keep the current one.
  4. Choose "Update Organisation".

When the address changes, links and bookmarks to the old address stop working, and another organisation may take it later. Tell your Studio users.

Change the logo

  1. Under "Organisation Logo", choose the image area and pick a picture.
  2. The logo is saved at once.

This logo identifies the organisation in the Studio, for example in the menu at the top of the sidebar. The logo on the sign-in screens is set separately, under Sign-in branding.

Leave an organisation

  1. Open "Settings".
  2. Under "Danger Zone", choose "Leave Organisation".
  3. Type LEAVE to confirm and choose "Leave Organisation".

You lose access to the organisation at once. To come back, you need a new invitation.

The primary owner cannot leave. They first transfer the ownership to another Studio user. An organisation cannot be deleted in the Studio; ask appsolut if you need to.
